Cancellation/No-Show Policy

I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please provide 24+ hours notice if you must cancel. If 24 hours is not provided, there will be a fee of $25 per service booked (haircut+ color =$50 fee) that will be required to be paid before your next appointment can be scheduled. If you don’t show up to your appointment or call within 2 hours of your appointment, it will be considered a “no call/no show” and a fee of your entire service will be due before your next appointment can be booked. If you are booked for two appointments and cancel one (booked for a cut and color and only get a cut), it will be considered a cancellation and you will be responsible for the $25 cancellation fee per service canceled.

Late Policy

I will always try to accommodate you if you're running behind, stuck in traffic, etc. If you know you are going to be late, please call or send me a message to let us know so I can adjust accordingly. If you are able to make it in time so we have enough time for the entirety of your service, fantastic! If not, we may have to forgo certain parts of your service to keep it in the time we have booked just for you. If you are more than 15 minutes late, it will be considered a no call/no show and you will need to reschedule and will be responsible for the entire cost of your service. 

Service Guarantee & Refund Policy

I always want you to be 100% satisfied with your hair. If you require an adjustment, please contact me within 5 days of your appointment date so that we may schedule you to correct it free of charge. This policy does not cover any situation where you may have changed your mind. Any issues reported after that 5 day period will not be immediately considered for a redo, but will be considered on a case by case basis. Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis.
